Services

We provide fine art and fantasy-themed photography sessions including maternity, mermaids, unicorns, cosplay, and other creative portraits.

Intellectual Property

All content, photos, and designs are owned by Meghan Lauren Photography and protected by U.S. and Colorado copyright laws. No use without written consent.

Booking Policy

  • A non-refundable retainer fee of $500 is required to reserve your session.

  • Balance is due the day before the session date.

  • Pricing and packages may change without prior notice (except for existing contracts).

Rescheduling / Cancellations

  • 24 hours’ notice required to reschedule. Retainers are non-refundable.

  • Weather delays common to Colorado Springs are rescheduled at no extra charge.

  • Cancellations are non-refundable, but credit toward future sessions may be issued at our discretion.

Client Responsibilities

  • Be punctual and prepared (wardrobe, props, hair/makeup).

  • Meghan Lauren Photography is not responsible for unsatisfactory results due to lack of preparation or cooperation.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Natural elements affecting outdoor sessions (wind, snow, wildlife).

  • Injuries resulting from costumes, props, animals (e.g., horses, unicorn props).

  • Damages exceeding the amount paid for the session.

This agreement is governed by the laws of Colorado, and disputes will be resolved in El Paso County, Colorado courts.
